This communication channel is open to anyone who has concerns about policies, management, or team members.

Currently there is no hard and fast format but you can email in your issue to [email protected].

Timeline

  • Inquiry triage: any given information is collated into one place for appropriate parties to see
  • Initial response: I have an opportunity to comment on the received inquiry and I provide an opportunity for a response to the inquiry for all relevant parties
  • Open communication / debate: discussion topics are chosen based on initial responses and we open channels for these conversations to take place between all parties where possible
  • Resolution: figure out a plan to satisfy all parties
  • Post-mortem: discuss policy changes to avoid these issues occurring again

Previous Inquiries

Based on our and your discretion, some inquiries may be published with varying amount of detail depending on the situation (some information may not be published due to privacy or harassment concerns).

Any sections labeled with (comments only) means the complaints were received through a 3rd party channel and is not being handled as an inquiry as per the guidelines above.
